At COR, movement is designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and live with greater ease in your everyday life. Through personalized, Pilates-based training, we focus on improving posture, balance, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing in a way that feels supportive and tailored to you!
Based in Brisbane, we offer low-impact personal training for all experience levels, with both in-person and online coaching available. We also offer private group events, with group classes launching soon as the COR community continues to grow!
